Invoicing and Payments

To ensure that cash flow is maintained, we can undertake the preparation and dispatch of sales invoices and follow-up statements. We can also undertake the scrutiny of your input invoices and match them with your purchase orders before initiating payment. If we combine your bookkeeping, management of bank accounts and overall credit control, you can be sure that you will have a full and accurate picture of the financial position of your company at all times.

VAT registration and Administration

A company or self-employed individual has to register their business with H.M. Revenue & Customs for VAT once the turnover of your business exceeds £60,000 over the previous 12 months. There are severe penalties if VAT returns and payments are late or inaccurate. We can help you by registering your company with H.M. Revenue & Customs and by making sure that your quarterly returns and payments are never late. Once you have registered for VAT, you are an unpaid tax collector, open to close scrutiny by Inspectors. We strongly recommend that you do not undertake filing VAT returns yourself.

We can supply you with regular financial reports that include details of the following:

  • Current levels of stock Initiation of sales invoices
  • Current levels of purchasing

We can help you ensure that your company remains financially healthy
allowing you the time to focus on the business.
